Spread the intel

OCCRP reported today that an online petition urging the US Department of Justice (DOJ) to shut down porn site PornHub and hold its executives accountable on charges of aiding sex trafficking hosting videos of sex trafficking victims has reached nearly 640,000 signatures. PornHub wanted to take advantage of the COVID 19 crisis for its sex platform. Allegedly, 177 individual commercial child rape/sex trafficking videos on Pornhub have already been reported.

Child rape exposed

The petition’s website mentions the case of a 15-year-old girl who had been missing for a year. She was found after her mother was informed that her girl was PornHub, which features 58 videos of her rape and abuse, according to TraffickingHub. Her trafficker and sex offender was seen in the videos raping the child. He was identified using surveillance footage of him at a 7-Eleven store where he was spotted with his victim. He is now facing a felony charge.

On Twitter, Pornhub admitted that they “verified” a 15-year-old girl who was trafficked and raped in 58 videos that were uploaded to their site (read the story here on Newsweek). They later deleted the tweet.
